Andreas Josef Hermanns

Andreas J. Hermanns was born in 1961 in Duisburg, where the proximity to the Netherlands gave him an early start in an intercultural sphere.

For him, the topics of leadership and leadership culture for corporations and organizations were always deeply embedded in the challenges given at the time.

For almost 30 years, Andreas J. Hermanns has been consulting for large German and international companies in the embodiment of an experienced leadership culture.

Over the last 15 years, working with start-ups has become a focus in his work. In addition to establishing a reliable organizational structure, he accompanies his clients venturing into new regions and cultures. The Asian and North American regions are especially key locations in his intercultural leadership consulting work.

Based on his vast experience, Andreas J. Hermanns develops contemporary and suitable personal development programs for larger companies in a wide range of applications. These international, high-potential programs also always foster an intercultural experience exchange between participants.

Anton Scholz

After having come to Asia at the age of 22 and spending a couple of years in different zen monasteries in Korea and Japan, Anton Scholz decided to study Asian culture more in-depth at universities in Seoul, Osaka, and Hamburg.

Since 2001 he has supported German and international companies with their business projects in Asia and permanently moved to Korea in 2003.

Now after more than 25 years in Asia he has become a recognized expert on Korean and Asian culture, and many renowned global companies and organizations from a wide range of backgrounds value his advice and support when doing business in Asia.

Based on the more than 20 years of experience as an advisor and mediator between Europe and Asia, Anton Scholz leads praxis-oriented workshops and lectures on both continents to further a deeper understanding between the cultures.

His objective is to give his clients the ability to focus on their respective businesses without being hindered by cultural or language restrictions and, through their new intercultural competence, gain deeper appreciation for the other culture.
